Why Alwass exists
Alwass started with a simple observation: finding a job, hiring someone, or freelancing online in Nepal still takes far too many disconnected tools — and too many closed doors. Job boards don't talk to recruitment agencies. Recruitment agencies don't talk to freelance platforms. And people looking for work overseas are often left trusting word-of-mouth and unlicensed brokers with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Alwass is being built to close those gaps — one platform covering local jobs, freelance work, overseas placement, upskilling, and community, so people don't need five different tools (or five different agents) to build a career.
The platform is built and run by our team in Nepal, operating under NexaFlow AI, an AI-driven digital marketing and automation studio. Every feature ships because a real job seeker, employer, or freelancer needed it — not because it looked good on a roadmap.
