Affiliate Terms

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. The affiliate programme

The Alwass affiliate programme pays you a commission when people you refer pay for Alwass services. These Affiliate Terms apply alongside our Terms of Service and Payment & Refund Policy. The current rates, referral window and rank levels are always shown on the Rewards page and in your affiliate dashboard; those published numbers are the ones we pay.

2. Earning commission

You earn when a person who signed up through your link pays for a plan, job credits, a boost or another paid product, within the referral window shown on the Rewards page. Free accounts and free plans earn nothing, because nothing was paid.

You also earn a share of the Alwass service fee on freelance projects and orders paid by people you referred. That commission stays pending until the client approves the work. If the project is cancelled or the payment refunded first, it is not paid. You get a notice at each step.

3. When a referral expires

Each referral earns only within its window. Your dashboard shows the date each person's referral stops earning, and we notify you three days before and on the day it expires. Commission already earned is not affected.

4. Checking and paying commission

Every commission starts as pending while we check the sale is real, then becomes available to withdraw. Once you have saved a payout method (bank, eSewa or Khalti), you can request a withdrawal of your whole available balance. There is no minimum and no fee from Alwass. Payments are made by hand, so allow a few working days.

5. Ranks

Your rank is based on referrals whose commission has been paid out to you. A higher rank multiplies commissions you earn from then on; it is never applied to commissions already earned.

6. Not allowed

You may not refer yourself or accounts you control; create fake accounts; spam people; run paid ads using the Alwass name or brand; pretend to speak for Alwass; or promise anything Alwass does not offer. Commission from such referrals is not paid, and repeated abuse closes your affiliate account with any unpaid commission cancelled.

7. Tax

Commission is income. Where the law requires tax to be deducted at source, we deduct it and show it on your payout. Declaring your income is your responsibility.

8. Changes and ending

We may change rates, the referral window or rank levels. A change applies only to commission earned after it, never to money already earned. You can leave the programme at any time; available commission will still be paid.

9. Contact

Affiliate questions: finance@alwass.com. Complaints: support@alwass.com, +977 9864430736.
