Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. You can post jobs, apply, and browse the marketplace at no cost. Upgrade only when you need more capacity or advanced features.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. If you downgrade mid-cycle, you keep Pro features until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes — non-profits and early-stage startups (under $1M ARR) can apply for a 50% discount. Contact us at hello@alwass.com with proof of status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Khalti for NPR plans, with instant automatic checkout. Card payments (USD) are launching soon — contact us at hello@alwass.com if you need another method in the meantime.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Business?
Pro includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. Business plans include a 30-day trial — contact us to get started.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in the system for 90 days after cancellation so you can export it. After 90 days it is permanently deleted.
