1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alwass platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and [Add your registered company name].

2. Description of Service

Alwass is a hiring, freelance, and HR super-platform that connects job seekers, freelancers, employers, recruiters, and HR agencies. The Platform includes job listings and application management, a freelance marketplace, online courses, international job placement services, professional groups and events, and analytics, billing, and partner programme tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access most features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the security of your password and notify us of any unauthorised access; be responsible for all activity under your account; not share your credentials; and not create more than one account per person without written permission. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post false or fraudulent listings, harvest user data without consent, send spam, impersonate anyone, upload malicious code, circumvent access controls, discriminate against users, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

5. Employer and Recruiter Terms

If you use the Platform as an employer or recruiter, you agree to only post genuine roles you are actively hiring for, comply with applicable employment law, only use applicant data for the specific hiring process, respond to applications within a reasonable time, and accurately represent your company, role, salary, and benefits.

6. Freelancer and Service Provider Terms

If you use the Platform as a freelancer, you agree to accurately represent your skills and availability, deliver work to the standard described in your profile and proposals, hold the rights to work you deliver, not solicit clients off-platform to avoid fees during an active engagement, and comply with your own tax obligations.

7. Payments and Billing

Paid features are subject to the pricing on the Pricing page. Subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund; no refunds after that. We will give 30 days' notice of price increases by email. Failed payments are retried for 7 days before suspension. A platform fee applies to marketplace transactions, shown at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are owned by [Add your registered company name] and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as necessary to operate the Platform.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any outcome (such as employment or contract placement) will result from use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, immediately for serious violations or with 14 days' notice otherwise. Your right to access the Platform ends immediately on termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Add your governing jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Add your governing jurisdiction], unless you are a consumer in another jurisdiction with mandatory local protections.

12. Changes to These Terms
