Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, grow customer engagement, and drive business revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and lead generation. This role will work closely with the sales, HR, and management teams to create effective campaigns and measure marketing performance.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.
• Manage the company's presence across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation.
• Manage website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital marketing materials.
• Create and manage social media content calendars and campaigns.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and advertising dashboards.
• Generate qualified leads through digital channels and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external agencies when required.
• Develop email marketing and customer-retention campaigns.
• Track KPIs, marketing budgets, ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular digital marketing reports for management.
• Test new marketing channels, technologies, AI tools, and automation strategies.
• Maintain consistent company branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, advertising policies, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, online marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content planning and copywriting abilities.
• Understanding of lead-generation and conversion strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
