About the role
Build and productionise machine learning models powering our AI-driven job matching engine.
What you'll do
- Train and evaluate candidate-to-job matching models.
- Build MLOps pipelines for training, serving, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product to translate ML outputs into features.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in applied ML engineering.
- Strong Python, PyTorch, and MLflow experience.
- Track record shipping models to production at scale.
