HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented HR Manager to manage human resource operations and support the delivery of professional HR services to our clients. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR policies, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, employee relations, and client HR support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, recruitment, and HR management skills, with the ability to work with both employees and business clients.

• 1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Manage the complete recruitment process.
• Prepare job descriptions and job advertisements.
• Source and screen candidates.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Shortlist candidates for clients.
• Coordinate offer letters and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
• 2. Client HR Services
• Understand clients' HR requirements.
• Provide HR consultation and operational support.
• Develop HR policies and procedures for clients.
• Support clients with recruitment and staffing.
• Handle employee-related issues on behalf of clients.
• Prepare HR reports and recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with client companies.
• 3. Employee Management
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• 4. Performance Management
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Set KPIs and performance objectives.
• Coordinate performance reviews.
• Identify training and development requirements.
• Support managers in improving employee performance.
• 5. HR Policies & Compliance
• Develop and update HR policies.
• Ensure HR practices follow applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Monitor compliance requirements.
• Support audits and HR documentation reviews.
• 6. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
• Coordinate employee benefits.
• Work with finance/payroll teams to resolve payroll issues.
• 7. HR Operations
• Maintain accurate HR databases and records.
• Prepare monthly HR reports.
• Track recruitment and employee metrics.
• Manage HR systems/HRIS.
• Improve HR processes through automation and technology.
• 8. Team Leadership
• Lead and manage the HR/recruitment team.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Train junior HR staff and recruiters.
• Establish recruitment and HR service targets.
• Build an efficient and professional HR team.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage.
• 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably including HR services/recruitment.
• Experience managing recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience working with clients is preferred.
• Strong English and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS or HR management software is an advantage.
