The last column is what the same referral pays once you reach the top rank. These rates are read from the same records that pay the commission, so what you see here is what you get.
Freelance projects and orders pay too
When someone you referred hires a freelancer or pays for a project, you earn 10% of the 12% Alwass charges on the job — so a NPR 100,000 project pays you NPR 1,200, or NPR 2,100 at the top rank. There is no cap on the size of the job.

What counts, and when you get paid
Every rule here is one the platform actually applies. The numbers come from the same records that pay the commission.
1.You earn when somebody you referred pays
Share your link. When a person who came through it buys a paid plan, job credits or a boost, you earn 10% of what they paid. Free accounts and the free plan earn nothing, because nothing was paid.
2.Freelance work pays when the work is approved
When a person you referred pays a freelancer for a project milestone or an order, you earn a share of the fee Alwass charges on the job. That commission stays pending until the client approves the work, then becomes available to withdraw. If the work is cancelled or the payment refunded first, it is not paid. You get a notice at each step.
3.Your link counts for 30 days
Anything they buy within 30 days of following your link earns you a commission. After that the referral stops paying, even though the person stays on the platform. Your dashboard shows the date for each person, and you get a notice three days before and on the day it expires.
4.One purchase, one commission
Each purchase pays you once. A payment that is retried, or corrected by an admin, never pays twice.
5.You cannot refer yourself
