Most CVs in Nepal fail for a boring reason: they describe a person instead of naming skills. Employers search by tool, certificate and system. This is what they look for, field by field, and how to put it on your profile so you are found.
Accounts and finance
Named in listings: Tally, Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables), VAT and TDS filing, IRD portal, bank reconciliation, payroll, audit support, inventory and purchase entry.
On your CV: name the software, the size of what you handled, and the filings you did yourself. "Filed monthly VAT for a trading firm with 200+ invoices a month" beats "handled accounts".
IT and software
Named in listings: JavaScript, React, Next.js, PHP and Laravel, Python, Java, Flutter, React Native, SQL, MongoDB, Git, REST APIs, AWS basics, WordPress, and written English for client communication.
On your CV: link to code or live work. Two working links beat a page of adjectives.
Digital marketing and design
Named in listings: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO basics, keyword research, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro or CapCut, content writing in Nepali and English.
On your CV: say what you ran and what changed. "Ran Rs 40,000 of Meta ads a month for a retail page" is specific without inventing a result you cannot prove.
Sales and customer care
Named in listings: field sales, dealer and retailer handling, collection, target achievement, CRM use, telesales, spoken English or Hindi, and a two-wheeler with a licence.
