Alwass sorts work into two systems, because they are paid for in two different ways.
Field work is a job with an employer: a hotel, a hospital, a factory, a school, a workshop. You are hired, you work on their premises, you are paid a salary.
Freelance work is a project or a service you sell: a logo, a website, a translation, a month of social media. You are paid per milestone or per order, and Alwass holds the client's money until the work is approved.
This guide lists every category in both systems, and links to the detailed article for each family. Each category there is answered with the same five questions: what the work is, who hires for it, why it is needed, where in Nepal it happens, and when hiring peaks.
